About us

Our research is driven by the desire to transform an ordinary dish like pizza into an extraordinary experience for the palate.

Papeo is the pizzeria born in 2015 in Bologna from the experience of Antonella and Paolo and their group of young people.

Papeo's story is that of a workshop for creating a rich variety of doughs.
