About us
Our research is driven by the desire to transform an ordinary dish like pizza into an extraordinary experience for the palate.
Papeo is the pizzeria born in 2015 in Bologna from the experience of Antonella and Paolo and their group of young people.
Papeo's story is that of a workshop for creating a rich variety of doughs.

Ever since I found out I was coeliac, finding a good, tasty pizza has always been a challenge. At their place not only is the pizza GOOD, the staff is one of the nicest and most helpful I know. The desserts are highly recommended and ALL gluten-free. I have finally found a place where even if I am celiac I can choose anything I want. Another nice thing? They always want to improve. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐An evening with friends, cosy place, very friendly staff, attentive to the customer's various needs and never too intrusive.
Very good pizza, light, digestible and with the right balance between the various ingredients.
I tasted 3 different pizza flavours and each one was perfect, as was the cooking.
Prices in line with the quality of the raw material, which is excellent.
Beer tapped well (very important especially combined with the pizza).
